Vincent van de Groot
The Tremere Primogen, unlike most others amongst the Toronto kindred, looks the part of elder scholar and statesman. He is old looking, with a short shock of white hair and neatly trimmed beard. He wears more formal and elaborate, indeed archaic, clothing than most kindred of the new world, preferring to revel in his age rather than hide it.
He is a serious man, who seldom smiles – save when and as wheat separates from the chaff.
Primogen Van De Groot is second in influence and power in Toronto only to the Prince. Admired, resented or feared, or sometimes all at once, the Primogen is never ignored.
